The location was super convenient for our squad to hit up all the party hotspots in Dubai. We had a blast at the on-site nightclubs and danced our hearts out. The hotel staff were cool and friendly, making sure we had a lit experience. The rooms were clean and comfy, giving us the perfect base to rest up and recharge for the next night of partying!
The only thing we wished for was more exciting daytime activities for young party-goers like us. It would have been awesome if the hotel organized fun pool parties or had a rooftop lounge with cool events.

I recently stayed at City Palace for a short business trip. The room size was great compared to other three-star hotels I've stayed at. Additionally, the view from my window was stunning, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The hotel staff, apart from a few exceptions, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Staff very good. Breakfast very good. Quiet rooms available.
No hot water despite complaining four times. We were unable to have a bath or even a propper shower as there was no hot water!!! We were told that the water was hot at 10:00!!! when you are on holiday you are out at 10:00 and want a bath or shower when you get in late afternoon early evening!!!

Careful if you are alergies to dust, the airconditioning is never cleaned, even turns off it continues to function (automatic system).
The essuis are limited to two, you are told it is the crisis. It does not replace soap and shampoo despite asking at the reception so plan to have your own. The breakfast is very poor and limited. so be there early or you will that what remains.
